Roophakavi Power Private Limited (RPPL) is a Chennai-based renewable energy company with a strong focus on Solar Power Projects. Our Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Kandhasamy Vadivelu Pillai, began his professional career as a salaried employee in 1991. Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he established his first proprietorship firm in 2000 and continued to build his business experience across different industries.
In the early 2010s, his experience in delivering digitised medical transcription and billing-coding projects contributed to the foundation for the company's next phase of growth. In 2013, this journey led to the establishment of RPPL Solar, marking the company's entry into the renewable energy sector.
Since then, RPPL has grown its capabilities in solar project execution, engineering, land development and Solar EPC services.
RPPL provides end-to-end Solar EPC solutions, covering the complete project lifecycle from design and engineering through installation and commissioning.
Our capabilities include civil and foundation works, solar mounting structures, module mounting, DC and AC electrical works, power evacuation, site assessment, engineering and project implementation.
We undertake both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, including projects ranging from kilowatt-scale installations to large megawatt-scale developments.
